THE FARM story

The Farm on Golden Hill is a six-generation family farm nestled in Silverton, Oregon. For us, it’s more than just land; it’s the heart of our family’s story, the place where our favorite memories live, and the backdrop that has shaped who we are today. It’s where our growing family gathers to laugh, celebrate, and cherish life’s simple joys. Life here feels truly special, and our greatest hope is that every guest who visits experiences that same sense of belonging.

Sharing the history of this farm is deeply important to us because every corner carries a piece of our family’s story. The old milk house where we pressed apples into cider each fall, the barn loft where we first fell in love with basketball, the open meadow where childhood adventures turned us into cowboys for the day, what looks like a charming, rustic farm is, to us, the very foundation of our roots.

We’re two sisters with a passion for giving new life to old treasures. The Farm may be our biggest project yet, but we’ve always seen the beauty in its imperfections. For years, we dreamed of sharing this special place, and now that dream has become reality.

Ten years ago, we hosted our very first wedding here. What began as an empty field transformed into pure magic: an aisle lined with birch trees, flowers in full bloom, hand-stitched napkins, and mason jars brimming with wine. Every detail came together to create a day filled with laughter, dancing under the stars, and unforgettable joy.

Best of all, we shared it with the people we love most.
